Privacy Policy

Why we collect personal data, how we store it, and which rights you have.

BATI ANALIZ ("we", "the platform") processes user personal data under applicable privacy laws, including KVKK where relevant, according to the principles below.

1. Data we collect

  • During registration: email, name-surname (optional), password (hashed).
  • During use: preferences, viewed prediction IDs, duel picks.
  • Automatically: IP, user agent, session cookie (httpOnly).

2. Processing purposes

  • Providing the service (session management, personalization).
  • Security (rate limits, fraud detection).
  • Analytics (anonymous performance measurement).

3. Retention

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and protected with RLS policies. If you delete your account, related data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

4. Your rights

  • Access, correct or delete your data.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
